(professor Alexey Seleznev, during his assistantship-internship he attended chamber music classes of the worldwide known cellist and professor Alexander Rudin), In the following years Rabbani participated in numerous masterclasses with internationally recognised outstanding cellists and professors such as N. Shakhovskaya,
D. Geringas, Jens-Peter Mainz, I. Monighetti. Then he completed his master's degree
at the Amsterdam Conservatory in the class of one of the leading cellists of our time Pieter Wispelwey (successor of Anner Bylsma, who gained worldwide fame thanks to his achievements in the field of baroque and classical music performance).
Thus, by combining the experience of modern academic and historically informed performance schools, Rabbani created his own unique style of interpretation.
He is a prizewinner of international competitions, such as “the International Johannes Brahms competition” (Austria),
the international competition named after. S. Knushevitsky (Russia), International music competitions in Kazakhstan.
As part of the projects of musicAeterna performs and records musical premieres by contemporary worldwide recognised composers: A. Retinsky, A. Mustukis, A. Syumak, T. Currentzis, V. Currentzis, M. Nikodijevic.

Rabbani regularly performs at the best venues in the world as an artist of musicAeterna (under the direction of
Teodor Currentzis), as well as in solo programs at the prestigious concert venues of the world (Vienna, Salzburg, Paris, Amsterdam, Luxembourg, Berlin, Hamburg, Baden-Baden, Tokyo, Madrid, Barcelona, Lucerne, New-York and others).
As a soloist, he collaborated with the Moscow State Symphony Orchestra
(Pavel Kogan) where he also were a solo-cellist, the Moscovia chamber orchestra (artistic director - Eduard Grach), musicAeterna orchestra and others. Combining a fruitful chamber music career with frequent solo performances, Aldangor’s resume of performances include a number of festivals such as Salzburger festspiele, Diaghilev festival, Yury Bashmet festival, festival “Context” by Diana Vishneva and others.
Rabbani Aldangor is a bright representative of a new generation of cellists, combining in his individual, unique style the best traditions of different cello performing schools, began his musical way in Kazakhstan, where from an early age, being a student of the leading cello teacher Zoya Kuznetsova he performed as a soloist with the Karaganda Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of All-Russian competition of conductors laureate
Peter Gribanov and “Golden Mask” award winner Yuriy Averin.
